النَّهْيُ عَنْ بَيْعِ الْمَغَانِمِ حَتَّى تُقْسَمَ وَعَنِ الْحَبَالَى حَتَّى يَضَعْنَ مَا فِي بُطُونِهِنَّ

أخبرَناه أبو بكر أحمد بن إسحاق الفقيه، أخبرنا عُبيد بن شَريك، أخبرنا سعيد بن أبي مريم، حدثنا عبد الرحمن بن أبي الزِّناد، حدثني عبد الرحمن بن الحارث، عن ابن أبي نَجيح، عن مجاهد، عن ابن عباس، قال: نهى رسول الله ﷺ يومَ خيبر عن بيع المَغانم حتى تُقسَم (2). وقد روي بعض هذا المتن بإسناد صحيح على شرط الشيخين:

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that on the day of Khaybar the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade selling the spoils of war before they had been distributed.

(2) حديث صحيح، وهذا إسناد حسن في المتابعات، وهو مكرر الحديث السالف برقم (2304) غير أنَّ شيخ المصنف هناك علي بن حَمْشاذَ العدل.
Grading: This hadith is sahih, and its chain is hasan in corroborations. It is a repetition of the hadith that preceded at no. (2304), the only difference being that there the author's shaykh is "'Ali bin Hamshadh al-'Adl".
