أخبرني عبد الله بن محمد بن حَمُّويه، حدثني أبي، حدثنا أحمد بن حفص بن عبد الله، حدثني أبي، حدثني إبراهيم بن طَهْمان، عن يحيى بن سعيد الأنصاري، عن عمرو بن شعيب، عن عبد الله بن أبي نَجيح، عن مجاهد، عن ابن عباس، قال: نهى رسول الله ﷺ يومَ خيبر عن بيع المَغانم حتَّى تُقسَم، وعن الحَبَالى أن يُوطأنَ حتى يَضعْن ما في بُطونهن، وقال: "أتسقي زَرْعَ غيرِك؟ "، وعن أكلِ لحوم الحُمُر الإنسيّة، وعن لحم كل ذي نابٍ من السِّباع (1).
هذا حديث صحيح الإسناد، ولم يُخرجاه بهذه السِّياقة.

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that on the day of Khaybar the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade selling the spoils of war before they had been distributed, and forbade having intercourse with pregnant captive women until they had delivered their pregnancies. And he (peace and blessings be upon him) said (as a warning): "Do you water another person's crop?" He (peace and blessings be upon him) also forbade eating the meat of domestic donkeys and the meat of every predatory animal with fangs.
This hadith has a sahih (authentic) chain of narration, but the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim) did not record it with this wording.
