It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr bin al-As (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Every sin of the martyr is forgiven except debt."
This hadith has a sahih (authentic) chain of narration, but the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim) did not record it.

Explanation & Benefits
Shaykh Adil Murshid et al.
Grading: Its chain is fully sahih.
Technical note / Defect ('illah): Yazid bin Mawhab is actually Yazid bin Khalid bin Mawhab (an attribution to his grandfather). Abd Allah bin Yazid is Abu Abd al-Rahman al-Hubuli, who is well known by his kunyah.
Reference / Source: Imam Ahmad (11/ 7051) and Imam Muslim (1886) narrated it with the chain of al-Mufaddal bin Fadalah.
Important point: Since this narration is in Sahih Muslim, Imam al-Hakim's treating it as a "mustadrak" (addition) is an oversight (dhuhul) on his part.
Reference / Source: Imam Muslim (1886) also narrated it via the route of Sa'id bin Abi Ayyub from Ayyash bin Abbas.
