It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade drinking water from the mouth of a water-skin, riding the jallalah (an animal that feeds on filth), and the mujaththamah, that is, making a target of animals that are tied up for archery practice.
This hadith has a sahih (authentic) chain of narration, but the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim) did not record it.
