It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that some people complained to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) about walking. He (peace and blessings be upon him) called them and said: "Keep to walking briskly (nasalan)." So we walked with quick steps, and we found it easier on ourselves.
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of Imam Muslim, but the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim) did not record it.
