حدثنا أبو العباس محمد بن يعقوب، حدثنا محمد بن إسحاق الصَّغَاني، حدثنا الحسن بن موسى الأَشيَبُ، حدثنا حمّاد، عن يونس بن عُبيد وحُميدٍ، عن أنس بن مالك قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ: "المؤمنُ مَنْ أَمِنَه الناسُ، والمسلمُ مَن سَلِمَ المسلمون من لسانِه ويدِه، والمهاجرُ من هَجَرَ السُّوءَ، والذي نفسي بيده، لا يَدخُلُ الجنةَ عبدٌ لا يَأمَنُ جارُه بَوَائقَه" (2). وزيادة أخرى صحيحة سليمة من رواية المجروحين في مَتْن هذا الحديث ولم يُخرجاها:

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The believer is the one from whom people are safe; the Muslim is the one from whose tongue and hand the Muslims are safe; and the emigrant is the one who abandons evil. By the One in whose Hand is my soul, a servant will not enter Paradise whose neighbour is not safe from his mischief."

(2) إسناده صحيح من جهة حميد - وهو ابن أبي حميد الطويل - عن أنس، وأما من جهة يونس بن عبيد فهو منقطع، فإنه لا يُعرَف له سماع منه وإنما رآه رؤية. حماد: هو ابن سلمة.
Grading: (2) This chain is "sahih" through Humayd (al-Tawil) from Anas, but "munqati'" (broken) through Yunus bin 'Ubayd (his hearing from Anas is not known; he only saw him). Hammad: Ibn Salamah.
وأخرجه أحمد 20/ (12561) عن حسن بن موسى، بهذا الإسناد - وقرن بيونسَ وحميدٍ عليَّ بنَ زيد: وهو ابن جُدعان.
Reference / Source: Ahmad (20/ 12561) narrated it from Hasan bin Musa, and paired "'Ali bin Zayd" (Ibn Jud'an) with Yunus and Humayd.
وأخرجه ابن حبان (510) من طريق أبي نصر التمار، عن حماد بن سلمة، به.
Reference / Source: Ibn Hibban (510) recorded it by way of Abu Nasr al-Tammar, from Hammad bin Salamah.
وأخرجه أحمد (12562) عن عفان، عن حماد بن سلمة، عن الثلاثة السابقين، عن الحسن - وهو البصري - عن النبي ﷺ مرسلًا.
Reference / Source: Ahmad (12562) narrated it via 'Affan, from Hammad bin Salamah, through these three, from al-Hasan al-Basri as "mursal".
