أخبرنا أبو عبد الله محمد بن علي بن عبد الحميد الصنعاني بمكة، حدثنا إسحاق بن إبراهيم بن عباد، أخبرنا عبد الرزاق. وحدثنا علي بن حَمْشاذَ العَدْل، حدثنا موسى بن هارون، حدثنا العباس بن عبد العظيم العنبري وأبو بكر بن زَنجَوَيهِ وأبو بكر بن عَسكَر وإسحاق بن رُزيق، قالوا: حدثنا عبد الرزاق. وحدثنا عليٌّ، حدثنا محمد بن إسحاق، حدثنا أحمد بن يوسف السُّلَمي، حدثنا عبد الرزاق، أخبرنا مَعمَر، عن ثابت، عن أنس، عن النبي ﷺ قال: "شفاعتي لأهلِ الكبائرِ من أمَّتي" (1).
هذا حديث صحيح على شرط الشيخين، ولم يُخرجاه بهذا اللفظ، إنما خرَّجا حديث قَتَادة عن أنس بطوله (2)، ومن تَوهَّم أنَّ هذه لفظة من الحديث (3) فقد وَهِم، فإنَّ هذه شفاعة فيها قَمْعُ المبتدِعة المفرِّقة بين الشفاعة لأهل الصغائر والكبائر. وله شاهدٌ بهذا اللفظ عن قتادة وأشعثَ بن جابر الحُدَّاني. أما حديث قتادة:

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "My intercession is for those of my Ummah who commit major sins."
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim), but they did not record it with these words; they recorded the lengthy hadith of Qatadah. Whoever imagines that these words are part of that same lengthy hadith is mistaken, because this (short) report about intercession is a refutation of those innovators who distinguish between intercession for those who commit minor sins and for those who commit major sins.
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim), but they did not record it with these words; they recorded the lengthy hadith of Qatadah. Whoever imagines that these words are part of that same lengthy hadith is mistaken, because this (short) report about intercession is a refutation of those innovators who distinguish between intercession for those who commit minor sins and for those who commit major sins.

وأخرجه الترمذي (2435)، وابن حبان (6468) من طرق عن عبد الرزاق، بهذا الإسناد. وقال الترمذي: حديث حسن صحيح.
Reference / Source: Al-Tirmidhi (2435) and Ibn Hibban (6468) narrated it through various routes from Abd al-Razzaq with this same chain.
Grading: Al-Tirmidhi declared it "hasan sahih".
