It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When any of you comes to his bed, let him say: 'Allahumma Rabba al-samawati wa Rabba al-ard, Rabbana wa Rabba kulli shay'in, anta akhidhun bi-nasiyatihi, anta al-awwalu fa-laysa qablaka shay'un, wa anta al-akhiru fa-laysa ba'daka shay'un, wa anta al-batinu fa-laysa dunaka shay'un, aghnina min al-faqri waqdi 'anna al-dayn' (O Allah, Lord of the heavens and Lord of the earth, our Lord and the Lord of everything, You are the One who holds everything by its forelock; You are the First, so there is nothing before You; You are the Last, so there is nothing after You; You are the Hidden, so there is none besides You (who knows the secrets); free us from poverty and settle our debt for us)."
The chain of this hadith is sahih (authentic), but the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim) did not record it, and the narrator Yusuf in this report is the one who is called Mawla Sukkarah.

Explanation & Benefits
Shaykh Adil Murshid et al.
Note / Clarification: In all the other sources of this supplication these words are additionally found: "And You are the Manifest (al-Zahir), so there is nothing above You."
Grading: This hadith is "sahih", but this particular chain is "weak" because Yusuf bin Abd al-Rahman is unknown (majhul). According to Ibn Abi Hatim, his father (Abu Hatim) said that a narrator of this name narrated two false hadiths; nevertheless, because of other reliable corroborating chains, the hadith is sahih. Reference / Source: Muslim, Ahmad, Abu Dawud, Ibn Majah and others recorded it in full through the route of Suhayl bin Abi Salih. Reference / Source: This narration will come again later at no. (4796) through the route of Sulayman al-A'mash from Abu Salih from Abu Hurayrah. Reference / Source: Imam Muslim (2713), Ibn Majah (3831), al-Tirmidhi (3481), al-Nasa'i (7622) and Ibn Hibban (966) recorded it through the route of Sulayman al-A'mash. It states explicitly that when Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with her) asked for a servant, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) taught her this supplication ("Allahumma Rabb al-samawat").
Important point: Imam al-Hakim's statement that al-Bukhari and Muslim did not record it is not correct; rather Imam Muslim recorded it, as Imam al-Dhahabi also pointed out in "al-Talkhis".
