It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever says 'La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah' (There is no power and no strength except with Allah), it is a remedy for ninety-nine ailments, the lightest of which is worry and grief."
This hadith is sahih (authentic), but the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim) did not record it. Bishr bin Rafi' al-Harithi is not abandoned (matruk), even though the two Shaykhs did not narrate from him. Likewise, the two Shaykhs did not narrate from Haytham al-Bakka'. He has a hadith in which he is alone, and this is that hadith, for he is among the devout worshippers of the Muslims.
