Mustadrak al-Hakim — Hadith 1854

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever among you has the door of supplication opened for him (by being granted the ability to supplicate), the doors of Paradise have been opened for him. And Allah Almighty has not been asked for anything more beloved to Him than being asked for well-being (al-'afiyah)."
This hadith is sahih al-isnad (its chain is authentic), but the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim) did not record it.

Hadith Takhrij «
Explanation & Benefits
Shaykh Adil Murshid et al.
Hasan li-ghayrihi: This narration is hasan li-ghayrihi, but the chain is weak because of the weakness of Abd al-Rahman bin Abi Bakr al-Mulayki, and Imam al-Dhahabi also gave this as its defect in his "Talkhis".
Reference / Source: Imam al-Tirmidhi (3548) narrated it from Yazid bin Harun, with this chain, and called it "gharib", known only through Abd al-Rahman bin Abi Bakr al-Qurashi, who is weak in hadith; some scholars declared him weak on account of his memory.
Reference / Source: Imam al-Tirmidhi (3549) also narrated its second part by way of Isra'il, from Abd al-Rahman al-Mulayki.
Corroborating chains and supporting reports: On this topic the hadith of Abd Allah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) will come later under number (1960), and it is sahih through its routes.
Corroborating chains and supporting reports: The narration of Abd Allah bin Ja'far (may Allah be pleased with him) will come later under number (6559).
Corroborating chains and supporting reports: It is narrated from Abu Bakr al-Siddiq (may Allah be pleased with him) in Imam Ahmad (1/6, 10, 38, 16), Ibn Majah (3849), al-Tirmidhi (3558), al-Nasa'i (10654-10658) and Ibn Hibban (950), and its chain is "sahih".
Corroborating chains and supporting reports: The hadith of al-Abbas bin Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with him) is in Musnad Ahmad (3/1776, 1783) and al-Tirmidhi (3514), but its chain is weak.
Corroborating chains and supporting reports: It is also narrated from Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) in Ahmad (19/12291), Ibn Majah (3848) and al-Tirmidhi (3512), but its chain too is weak.
