Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said concerning the saying of Allah Almighty: "Those who avoid the major sins and immoralities" [Surah al-Najm: 32]: It refers to the person who commits an immoral act and then repents from it. The narrator said: the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O Allah, if You forgive, then forgive (sins) altogether; and which servant of Yours is there who has not slipped (into a minor sin)?"
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim), but they did not record it; they recorded only the narration of Abdullah bin Tawus from his father from Ibn Abbas, in which he said: I have not seen anything closer to lamam (minor sins) than the saying of Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah: "The son of Adam has had his share of zina written for him", to the end of the hadith. In my view, the two of them left out this hadith of Amr bin Dinar because of the following hadith.

Explanation & Benefits
Shaykh Adil Murshid et al.
Grading: It is sahih as "mawquf" (a Companion's statement). Technical note / Defect ('illah): There is nakarah (an objectionable element) in making it marfu' (a saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)), as Ibn Kathir and Ibn Hajar stated explicitly. Important point: According to al-Bayhaqi, the correct and preserved (mahfuz) view is that it is a "mawquf" narration, and the author's (al-Hakim's) next narration has the more authentic chain. Note / Clarification: The narrator Abu Asim is "al-Dahhak bin Makhlad al-Nabil" and Ata' is "Ata' bin Abi Rabah". Reference / Source: Al-Tirmidhi narrated it (3284) via the trustworthy narrator Ahmad bin Uthman al-Nawfali, through the chain of Abu Asim. Grading: Al-Tirmidhi declared it "hasan sahih gharib" and said that it is known only through the narration of Zakariyya bin Ishaq. Important point: This narration will come later at numbers (3792) and (7812) through the route of Rawh bin Ubadah from Zakariyya bin Ishaq.
Reference / Source: Al-Bukhari (6243, 6612) and Muslim (2657) narrated it. Important point: A similar marfu' narration will come in the author's work at number (3794) through the route of Abu Salih al-Samman from Abu Hurayrah.
