حدثنا علي بن حَمْشاذَ العدل، حدثنا عبيد بن شَرِيك البزّار والفَضْل بن محمد بن المسيَّب، قالا: حدثنا سعيد بن أبي مريم، حدثنا عبد العزيز بن محمد، عن عُبيد الله بن عمر وعَبْد الله بن عمر (2)، عن نافع، عن ابن عمر: أنَّ النبي ﷺ أَمَرَ مِن كل حائطٍ بقِنْوٍ للمسجد (3).
هذا حديث صحيح على شرط مسلم، ولم يُخرجاه. وشاهدُه صحيح على شرط مسلم:

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered that from every date orchard a bunch of dates be given in charity for the mosque.
This hadith is sahih on the condition of Imam Muslim, but the two Shaykhs did not record it.

Note / Clarification: The name "'Abd Allah bin 'Umar" had dropped out of manuscripts (S), (B) and ('A), while it is established in manuscript (Z), "Ithaf al-Maharah" (9/ 181) and the other takhrij sources.
(3) صحيح لغيره، وهذا إسناد قوي، عبد العزيز بن محمد - وهو الدراوردي - وإن كان يُضعَّف في روايته عن عبيد الله بن عمر - وهو العمري - فإنه قويٌّ في غيره، وقد قرن به هنا أخاه عبد الله بن عمر العمري، وهذا الأخير وإن كان ضعيفًا في نفسه، إلّا أنَّ رواية الدراوردي عن كليهما يقوي الإسناد.
Grading: It is sahih on the strength of other reports (sahih li-ghayrihi), and this chain is strong (qawi).
Criticism of a narrator: Although 'Abd al-'Aziz bin Muhammad al-Darawardi is considered weak in his narration from 'Ubayd Allah bin 'Umar al-'Umari, he is strong in his narration from others. Here his brother 'Abd Allah bin 'Umar al-'Umari has been joined with him, and although 'Abd Allah bin 'Umar is weak in himself, al-Darawardi's joint narration from both of them strengthens the chain.
وأخرجه ابن حبان (3288) من طريق يحيى بن معين، عن سعيد بن أبي مريم، بهذا الإسناد.
Reference / Source: Ibn Hibban (3288) narrated it via the chain of Yahya bin Ma'in from Sa'id bin Abi Maryam.
ويشهد له حديث جابر الآتي بعده.
Corroborating chains and supporting reports: A supporting report (shahid) for it is the hadith of Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that comes after it.
وحديث عوف بن مالك الآتي برقم (3163). وحديث البراء بن عازب الآتي برقم (3164).
Corroborating chains and supporting reports: Its other supporting reports are the hadith of 'Awf bin Malik (number 3163) and the hadith of al-Bara' bin 'Azib (number 3164).
