مَنْ تَصَدَّقَ مِنْ مَالٍ حَرَامٍ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ فِيهِ أَجْرٌ وَكَانَ إِصْرُهُ عَلَيْهِ
Whoever gives charity from unlawful wealth has no reward in it, and its burden is upon him

أخبرَناه أبو عبد الله محمد بن يعقوب الحافظ، حدثنا أحمد بن سَلَمة وإبراهيم بن أبي طالب، قالا: حدثنا إسحاق بن إبراهيم، أخبرنا النَّضْر بن شُمَيل، حدثنا حمَّاد بن سلمة، قال: أخذْنا هذا الكتاب من ثُمامةَ بن عبد الله بن أنس، يُحدِّثُه عن أنس بن مالك، عن رسول الله ﷺ، ثم ذكر الحديث بنحوٍ من حديث موسى بن إسماعيل عن حماد بطوله (1). ولهذه الألفاظ شاهدٌ من حديث الزُّهري عن سالم عن أبيه:
Thumamah bin Abdullah bin Anas narrates from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him), and he from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), the lengthy hadith on zakah mentioned above.
