الْمُؤْمِنُ غِرٌّ كَرِيمٌ ، وَالْفَاجِرُ خِبٌّ لَئِيمٌ
The believer is guileless and noble, and the wicked person is deceitful and base

سمعتُ عليَّ بن عيسى يقول: سمعت الحسين بن محمد بن زياد يقول: سمعت محمد بن يحيى يقول: أبو الأسباط الحارثيُّ هو بشرُ بن رافع. قال الحاكم: بِشْرُ بن رافع إنما ذكرتُه شاهدًا، وقد ألانَ مشايخُنا القول فيه. وقد وجدتُ له شاهدًا آخرَ من حديث خارجةَ:
Imam al-Hakim says: I have mentioned Bishr bin Rafi' (who has been mentioned by the name Abu al-Asbat al-Harithi) here only as a supporting narration (shahid), although some of our teachers have been lenient in their words regarding his reliability; however, another supporting narration for this hadith is also available from the narration of Kharijah.
