أخبرني عبد الله بن محمد بن موسي، حدثنا محمد بن أيوب، أخبرنا عبد السلام بن عاصم، حدثنا زيد بن الحُبَاب، حدثنا كامل أبو العلاء، عن حَبِيب ابن أبي ثابت، عن سعيد بن جُبَير، عن ابن عبّاس قال: كان رسول الله ﷺ يقول بين السجدتَينِ: "اللهمَّ اغفِرْ لي وارحَمْني، واجبُرْني وارفَعْني واهدِني وارزُقْني" (1).
هذا حديث صحيح الإسناد، ولم يُخرجاه، وأبو العلاء كامل بن العلاء ممَّن يُجمَعُ حديثُه في الكوفيين.

Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) relates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to make this supplication between the two prostrations: 'Allahumma-ghfir li warhamni, wajburni warfa'ni wahdini warzuqni' (O Allah, forgive me, have mercy on me, make up for my (losses), raise my rank, guide me and grant me provision).
This hadith has a sahih (authentic) chain, but the two Shaykhs did not record it, and Abu al-Ala' Kamil bin al-Ala' is among the narrators whose hadith is collected (for use as evidence) among the Kufans.
