It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Although we came last, on the Day of Resurrection we will surpass everyone. The only difference is that every nation was given the Book before us, while we received the Book later. Then, Friday was appointed by Allah for them, but they differed regarding it. So Allah guided us to it, and now people follow us in this matter. The Jews have the next day (Saturday), and the Christians have the day after that (Sunday).

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When you wish to offer voluntary prayers after Jumu'ah, then first offer four rak'ahs. If you are in a hurry for some reason, then offer two rak'ahs in the mosque and the remaining two rak'ahs after returning home.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Among all Muslims, those who have the most perfect faith are those who have the best character, and the best among them are those who are best to their wives.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: I have been given comprehensive words, and the entire earth has been made a mosque and a means of purification for me.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Permission should be sought from a virgin girl for marriage, and consultation should be done with a previously married woman. Someone asked: O Messenger of Allah! (A virgin girl feels shy) so how should her permission be obtained? The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Her silence is a sign of her consent.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saw phlegm stuck towards the Qibla in the mosque. He turned towards the people and said: What is the matter with one of you that he stands facing his Lord and then spits as well? Would any of you like that a man stands facing him and spits on his face? When any one of you wants to spit, he should spit to his left side or towards his foot, and if that is not possible, then he should spit into his garment in this way. The narrator of the hadith, Qasim, demonstrated by spitting into his garment and rubbing it with the cloth.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Whoever does not recite Surah Al-Fatiha in the prayer, his prayer is incomplete, incomplete. I asked him, "O Abu Huraira! What if sometimes I am behind the Imam?" He pinched my arm and said, "O Persian! Recite it in your heart."

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man asked the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "At what time is charity most rewarding?" The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) replied: "You will certainly get its answer. The best charity is that which you give while you are healthy, desiring wealth, fearing poverty, and hoping to live longer. Do not delay charity until the soul reaches the throat, and you begin to say, 'Give so much to so-and-so and so much to so-and-so,' for by then it already belongs to so-and-so (the heirs)."

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) disliked a horse whose three legs were white and the fourth leg was of the same color as the rest of the body.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: I am like a father to you, so it is my responsibility to teach you. When you go to the toilet, do not sit facing the Qiblah or with your back towards it. Also, the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade cleaning oneself with dung and decayed bones, and said: No person should clean himself with his right hand. And the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to command cleaning oneself with three stones.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: May Allah bestow His mercy upon the person who gets up at night and prays, and also wakes up his wife to pray; and if she refuses, he sprinkles water on her face. And may Allah's mercy descend upon the woman who gets up at night and prays, and wakes up her husband to pray; and if he refuses, she sprinkles water on his face.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade selling by throwing pebbles and from deceptive trade.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: If I did not fear hardship for my ummah, I would have commanded them to use the miswak at the time of every prayer and to delay the Isha prayer until one-third or half of the night had passed.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Do not speak ill of the wind, for it comes with both mercy and hardship. Rather, ask Allah for its goodness and seek refuge with Him from its evil.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: It is not permissible for any woman who believes in Allah and the Last Day to travel for even one day without a mahram from her family.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The reward for offering prayer in my mosque is one thousand times greater than in all other mosques except Masjid al-Haram.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: There are three people whose help is incumbent upon Allah: (1) The one who fights in the way of Allah, (2) The one who marries to protect his chastity, (3) The slave who has made a contract for his freedom and wishes to pay off his contract.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: My eyes sleep, but my heart does not sleep.

A man asked Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him), "How much water is sufficient for my head during ghusl?" He replied: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to pour water over his head with his hand three times. The man said, "My hair is very thick." Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) replied: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) also had very thick and fine hair.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Give charity and alms. A man asked, "If I have only one dinar?" He replied, "Give it in charity to yourself." He asked, "If I have one more dinar?" He replied, "Give it in charity to your wife." He asked, "If I have one more dinar?" He replied, "Give it in charity to your child." He asked, "If I have one more dinar?" He replied, "Give it in charity to your servant." He asked, "If I have one more dinar?" He replied, "You know best."

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When any one of you strikes someone, he should avoid striking the face, and he should not say, "May Allah disgrace your face and the face of one who resembles you," because Allah created Hazrat Adam (peace be upon him) in His own image.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that once someone asked the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Which woman is the best?" He replied: "The woman who, when her husband looks at her, pleases him; when he commands her, she obeys him; and she does not oppose her husband in herself or in his wealth in anything that he dislikes."

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Allah Almighty says: Whenever My servant remembers Me, I am present with him. If he remembers Me in his heart, I also remember him in My heart. If he remembers Me in a gathering, I remember him in a better gathering. If he comes near Me by a handspan, I come near him by an arm's length. If he comes near Me by an arm's length, I come near him by a fathom. And if he comes to Me walking, I come to him running. In the narration of Ibn Numair, the beginning is as follows: I deal with My servant according to his expectation of Me.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) once asked the noble companions (may Allah be pleased with them), "How many days of the month have passed?" We replied, "Twenty-two days have passed and eight days remain." He said, "No, twenty-two days have passed and seven days remain. Seek the Night of Qadr in tonight, (because the month can also be of twenty-nine days)."

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) or Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: There are some angels of Allah, who are appointed for a task other than the angels who write the deeds of people. These angels roam about on the earth. Whenever these angels see some people engaged in the remembrance of Allah, they call out to each other, saying, "Come to your objective." Thus, they all gather together and cover those people up to the sky of the world. (Then when they ascend to the heavens,) Allah asks them, "In what state did you leave My servants?" They say, "We left them while they were praising and glorifying You and remembering You." Allah asks, "Have they seen Me?" They say, "No." Allah asks, "If they had seen Me, what would have happened?" They say, "If they had seen You, they would have been even more intensely engaged in Your praise, glorification, and remembrance." Allah asks, "What were they seeking?" They say, "They were seeking Paradise." Allah asks, "Have they seen Paradise?" They say, "No." Allah asks, "If they had seen Paradise, what would have happened?" They say, "If they had seen Paradise, they would have been even more eager and desirous for it." Allah asks, "From what were they seeking refuge?" They say, "From Hell." Allah asks, "Have they seen Hell?" They say, "No." Allah asks, "If they had seen Hell, what would have happened?" They say, "If they had seen Hell, they would have fled from it even more intensely and feared it even more." Allah says, "Bear witness that I have forgiven all of them their sins." The angels say, "Among them is such-and-such a sinful person who did not come for their gathering, but some need or compulsion brought him." Allah says, "This is a group whose companion will never be deprived."

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever relieves a Muslim of one of the worldly troubles, Allah will relieve him of one of the troubles of the Day of Resurrection. Whoever conceals the faults of a Muslim, Allah will conceal his faults in this world and the Hereafter. Whoever makes things easy for a person in difficulty, Allah will make things easy for him in this world and the Hereafter. And as long as a servant remains engaged in helping his brother, Allah remains engaged in helping that servant. And whoever sets out on a path to seek knowledge, Allah, by virtue of it, makes the path to Paradise easy for him. Whenever a group of people gathers in one of the houses of Allah, reciting the Noble Qur’an and remembering Him among themselves, tranquility descends upon them, the mercy of Allah envelops them, the angels surround them, and Allah mentions them to those who are with Him. And whoever is held back by his deeds, his lineage will not make him advance.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: When a slave fulfills the rights of both Allah and his master, he will receive double reward for every deed. Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) says that I narrated this hadith to Ka'b al-Ahbar, so Ka'b added from his own side that there will be no reckoning for him and for the believer who is indifferent to the world.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The best charity is that which leaves you with some wealth (do not spend all your wealth). Your wife says, "Feed me or divorce me." The servant says, "Feed me or sell me to someone else." The children say, "In whose care are you leaving us?" People asked, "O Abu Huraira! Are these last sentences also from the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), or are they from your own pouch?" He replied, "No! Rather, they are from my own pouch."

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The prayer that a man offers in congregation is superior by twenty degrees or more than the prayer he offers alone at home or in the market. And its detail is that when any one of you performs ablution and does it well, then comes to the mosque with no other purpose except for prayer, and it is only the prayer that brings him out, then for every step he takes, one rank is raised for him and one sin is forgiven, until he enters the mosque in this manner. Then, when he enters the mosque, as long as he waits for the prayer, he is counted as being in prayer, and the angels continue to pray for him as long as he remains seated at his place of prayer, saying: O Allah, forgive him; O Allah, have mercy on him; O Allah, turn Your special attention to him—provided he does not harm anyone or lose his ablution.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever forgives a slip of someone, Allah Almighty will forgive him on the Day of Judgment.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The people of Yemen have come to you; these people are soft-hearted and tender-hearted. Faith and wisdom are very excellent among the people of Yemen. While Abu Muawiyah has also added in his narration that the center of disbelief is towards the east.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: For any people with black hair before you, the spoils of war were not made lawful; rather, a fire would descend from the sky and consume all of the spoils. When the Battle of Badr took place, people began to hasten in acquiring the spoils of war. Upon this, Allah revealed this verse: "If Allah had not already decreed a decision, a great punishment would have touched you for what you took of the spoils." Now, whatever spoils you have acquired, consume them as lawful and pure.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever obeys me has indeed obeyed Allah, and whoever disobeys me has disobeyed Allah. Whoever obeys the leader has obeyed me, and whoever disobeys the leader has disobeyed me.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The first group of my Ummah to enter Paradise will have faces as bright as the full moon of the fourteenth night. The group that enters after them will be like the brightest star in the sky. After that, people will enter rank by rank. These people will neither urinate nor defecate, nor will they spit or blow their noses. Their combs will be of gold. The fragrance of musk will emanate from their sweat. Aloeswood will be burning in their censers. All their manners will be like those of a single person. They will all be in the form and appearance of their father, Hazrat Adam (peace be upon him), and will be sixty cubits tall.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "May Allah's curse be upon the thief; he steals an egg (and later, due to becoming a habitual offender) his hand is cut off, and he steals a rope, so his hand is cut off."

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) once observed several fasts continuously with only one pre-dawn meal (suhoor). When people found out, they did the same. When the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was informed of this, he forbade the people and said, "In this matter, I am not like you. I spend the night in such a state that my Lord Himself feeds and gives me drink."

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When any one of you wakes up from his sleep, he should not put his hand into a vessel until he has washed it three times, for he does not know where his hand spent the night.
