It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that once the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) went to the mosque of Banu Amr bin Awf, that is, the Mosque of Quba, to perform prayer. There, some Ansari companions came to greet the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and Sayyiduna Suhaib (may Allah be pleased with him) was with them. I asked Sayyiduna Suhaib (may Allah be pleased with him): When the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was greeted, how did he reply? He said: He would gesture with his hand. Sufyan says: I said to a man, "Ask Sayyiduna Zaid bin Aslam (may Allah have mercy on him), did you hear this narration directly from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both)?" I was too awed to ask myself, so that man asked him, "O Abu Usamah! Did you hear this narration directly from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both)?" He replied: "I have seen him and have also spoken with him."

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that I once saw the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) seated on the pulpit. As soon as I saw the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), I quickly entered the mosque and sat down at a place, but before I had the chance to listen, the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) descended from the pulpit. I asked the people what the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had said. The people informed me that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had forbidden making nabidh in dabba’ and muzaffat.

Be aware! Every pride, every blood, and every claim of the time of ignorance is under my two feet. However, the office of providing water to the pilgrims and the custodianship of the key of the Sacred House (Ka'bah), I maintain these offices for their current holders as long as the world remains (these offices will remain with these people)."

If your accusation against her is true, then in exchange for that wealth you had made her private parts lawful for yourself, and if your accusation against her is false, then this matter is very far from you."

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) laid siege to the people of Ta’if, but did not achieve any benefit from it. So the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) announced one day that, “Tomorrow, insha’Allah, we will return.” The Muslims felt uneasy at this command. The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) became aware of this and told them to stay. The next day, there was fighting, and many Muslims were wounded. On that day, the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) again made the same announcement: “Tomorrow, insha’Allah, we will return.” This time, the Muslims were pleased, and the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) smiled upon seeing this.

If any obstacle comes before me, I will do what the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) did.” Then, as he continued on his way and reached the place of Bida’, he said: “The matter of Hajj and ‘Umrah is the same, so I make you witnesses that I have also made the intention for Hajj along with ‘Umrah.” Thus, he reached Makkah, performed one Tawaf by making seven circuits, and performed seven circuits of Sa’i between Safa and Marwah, and said: “I saw the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) doing the same, that when he reached the place of Qudayd, he bought a sacrificial animal and took it along with him.”

During this time, I heard him narrate only one hadith of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and it was this: Once we were sitting with the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) when a bunch of dates was brought to him from somewhere. The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Among the trees, there is a tree that is like a Muslim (can you tell which tree it is?)" I wanted to say that it is the date palm tree, but when I looked, I saw that I was the youngest among all the people present in that gathering, so I remained silent. Then the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) himself said that it is the date palm tree.
