Abu al-Sa'ib (may Allah have mercy on him), the freed slave (mawla) of Hisham bin Zuhrah, narrates that he heard Mughirah bin Shu'bah (may Allah be pleased with him) saying: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) set out on a journey, stopped at a place and relieved himself, and I followed him (peace and blessings be upon him) with a vessel of water. When he (peace and blessings be upon him) came back, I met him (peace and blessings be upon him) and poured water for him (peace and blessings be upon him), and he (peace and blessings be upon him) performed ablution while wearing two leather socks, so he (peace and blessings be upon him) wiped over them, then prayed Fajr."
