Abu al-Sa'ib, the freed slave of Hisham bin Zuhrah, from al-Mughirah (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 18203 — Mughirah bin Shu'bah said: The Prophet ﷺ

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو يَزِيدَ القَرَاطِيسِيُّ، ثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْأَزْرَقُ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ شَرِيكِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي نَمِرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي السَّائِبِ، مَوْلَى هِشَامِ بْنِ زُهْرَةَ , عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَوَضَّأَ وَمَسَحَ عَلَى خُفَّيْهِ»
Abu al-Sa'ib (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that Mughirah bin Shu'bah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) performed ablution and wiped over his leather socks.
