حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو حُصَيْنٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ الْوَادِعِيُّ الْقَاضِي، ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَكِيمٍ الْأَوْدِيُّ، ثنا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ، عَنْ قَابُوسَ بْنِ مُخَارِقٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا قُدِّسَتْ أُمَّةٌ لَا يُؤْخَذُ فِيهَا للضَّعِيفِ حَقُّهُ غَيْرَ مُتَعْتَعٍ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Mukhariq Abu Qabus (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A nation cannot be pure in which the weak are not given their right without faltering or obstruction."
حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، قَالَا: ثنا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ، عَنْ قَابُوسَ بْنِ مُخَارِقٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: أَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، الرَّجُلُ يَأْتِينِي يُرِيدُ مَالِي، قَالَ: «ذَكِّرْهُ اللهَ» ، قَالَ: فَلَمْ يَذَّكَّرْ؟ قَالَ: «فَاسْتَعِنْ عَلَيْهِ مَنْ حَوْلَكَ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ» ، قَالَ: فَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ حَوْلِي أَحَدٌ؟ قَالَ: «فَاسْتَعِنْ عَلَيْهِ بِالسُّلْطَانِ» ، قَالَ: فَإِنْ بَاعَنِي السُّلْطَانُ؟ فَقَالَ: رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «قَاتِلْ دُونَ مَالِكَ حَتَّى تَكُونَ فِي شُهَدَاءِ الْآخِرَةِ أَوْ تَمْنَعَ ذَلِكَ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Mukhariq Abu Qabus (may Allah be pleased with him); he said: A man came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: O Messenger of Allah! A man comes to me wanting my wealth. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Remind him of Allah." He said: What if he does not heed? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Then seek help against him from the Muslims around you." He said: What if there is no one around me? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Then seek help against him from the ruler." He said: What if the ruler abandons me? The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Fight in defence of your wealth until you are among the martyrs of the Hereafter, or you protect your wealth."
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْعَسْكَرِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ الزَّهْرَانِيُّ، ثنا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي ثَوْرٍ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ، عَنْ قَابُوسَ بْنِ المُخَارِقِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنْ جَاءَنِي رَجُلٌ يُرِيدُ مَالِي كَيْفَ تَأْمُرُنِي؟ قَالَ: «فَذَكِّرْهُ بِاللهِ» ، قُلْتُ: أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ فَعَلْتُ فَلَمْ يَنْتَهِ؟ قَالَ: «تَسْتَغِيثُ بِالْمُسْلِمِينَ» ، قُلْتُ: أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ فَعَلْتُ فَلَمْ أَجِدْ أَحَدًا مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ؟ قَالَ: «تَسْتَغِيثُ بِالسُّلْطَانِ» قُلْتُ أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ بَاعَنِي السُّلْطَانُ وَأَبَى إِلَّا أَنْ يَغْصِبَنِي مَالِي؟ قَالَ: «فَقَاتِلْهُ حَتَّى تَمْنَعَ مَالَكَ أَوْ تَكُونَ مِنْ شُهَدَاءِ الْآخِرَةِ»
Sayyiduna Mukhariq Abu Qabus (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I said: O Messenger of Allah! If a man comes to me wanting my wealth, what do you command me? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Remind him of Allah." I said: What if I do so and he does not desist? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Seek help from the Muslims." I said: What if I do so and I find no one from the Muslims? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Seek help from the ruler." I said: What if the ruler abandons me and he insists on nothing but seizing my wealth? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Then fight him until you save your wealth, or you are among the martyrs of the Hereafter."
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ الطَّائِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ عَبْدِ رَبِّهِ الطَّائِيُّ، ثنا ابْنُ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ قَابُوسَ بْنِ مُخَارِقٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: أَرَأَيْتَ الرَّجُلَ يَلْقَانِي بِأَرْضِ فَلَاةٍ يُرِيدُ مَالِي؟ قَالَ: «ذَكِّرْهُ بِاللهِ» ، قَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَذَّكَّرْ؟ قَالَ: «فَاسْتَعِنْ عَلَيْهِ مَنْ سِوَاكَ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ» ، قَالَ: فَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ حَوْلِي أَحَدٌ؟ قَالَ: «فَاسْتَعِنْ عَلَيْهِ بِالسُّلْطَانِ» ، قَالَ: أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ أَبَى السُّلْطَانُ عَنِّي؟ قَالَ: «فَقَاتِلْ دُونَ مَالِكَ حَتَّى تَكُونَ مِنْ شُهَدَاءِ الْآخِرَةِ أَوْ تَمْنَعَ مَالَكَ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Mukhariq Abu Qabus (may Allah be pleased with him); he said: A man came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: Tell me, if a man meets me in a desolate land wanting my wealth? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Remind him of Allah." He said: O Messenger of Allah! What if he does not heed? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Seek help against him from the Muslims besides you." He said: What if there is no one around me? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Seek help from the ruler." He said: Tell me, what if the ruler refuses to help me? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Fight in defence of your wealth until you are among the martyrs of the Hereafter, or you protect your wealth."
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ السَّرَّاجُ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ، ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ رَاهَوَيْهِ، ثنا مُصْعَبُ بْنُ الْمِقْدَامِ الْخَثْعَمِيُّ، ثنا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ، عَنْ قَابُوسَ بْنِ الْمُخَارِقِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ جَاءَنِي رَجُلٌ يُرِيدُ أَنْ يَأْخُذَ مَالِي؟ قَالَ: «ذَكِّرْهُ بِاللهِ» ، قَالَ: أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ ذَكَّرْتُهُ بِاللهِ فَلَمْ يَذَّكَّرْ؟ قَالَ: «اسْتَعِنْ عَلَيْهِ بِالسُّلْطَانِ» ، قَالَ: أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ كَانَ السُّلْطَانُ بَاعَنِي؟ قَالَ: «اسْتَعِنْ مَنْ بِحَضْرَتِكَ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ» ، قَالَ: أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ لَمْ يَحْضُرْنِي؟ قَالَ: «فَقَاتِلْ دُونَ مَالِكَ أَوْ تُقْتَلَ فَتَكُونَ مِنْ شُهَدَاءِ الْآخِرَةِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Mukhariq Abu Qabus (may Allah be pleased with him); he said: A man came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: Tell me, if a man comes to me wanting to seize my wealth? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Remind him of Allah." He said: Tell me, what if I remind him of Allah and he does not heed? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Seek help from the ruler." He said: Tell me, what if the ruler abandons me? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Seek help from the Muslims present with you." He said: Tell me, what if no one is present with me? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Fight in defence of your wealth, or be killed and so be among the martyrs of the Hereafter."
