حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْقَطِرَانِيُّ، ثنا كَامِلُ بْنُ طَلْحَةَ الْجَحْدَرِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ عِلَاقَةَ، عَنْ شَرِيكِ بْنِ طَارِقٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَا مِنْكُمْ مِنْ أَحَدٍ يُدْخِلُهُ عَمَلُهُ الْجَنَّةَ» ، قَالُوا: وَلَا أَنْتَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ؟ قَالَ: «وَلَا أَنَا، إِلَّا يَتَغَمَّدَنِي اللهُ مِنْهُ بِرَحْمَةٍ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Sharik bin Tariq (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is none among you whose deeds will admit him into Paradise." The Companions said: Not even you, O Messenger of Allah? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Not even I, unless Allah covers me with His mercy."
