Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 5912 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: When Allah

حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ الْقَاضِي، ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا عَارِمٌ قَالَا: ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِذَا بَلَّغَ اللهُ الْعَبْدَ سِتِّينَ، فَقَدْ أَعْذَرَ إِلَيْهِ وَأَبْلَغَ إِلَيْهِ فِي الْعُمُرِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Sahl bin Sa'd (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When Allah Almighty lets a servant reach the age of sixty, He has left him no excuse and has given him full respite in life."
