Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 5659 — a man of the Ansar came to the Messenger

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحِيمِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ الْمِصْرِيُّ، ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عُفَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ عَقِيلٍ وَرِشْدِينَ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ عَقِيلٍ وَقُرَّةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ أَنَّ رَجُلًا مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ جَاءَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ: أَرَأَيْتَ رَجُلًا وَجَدَ مَعَ امْرَأَتِهِ رَجُلًا، فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَ حَدِيثِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنِ اللَّيْثِ، عَنْ عَقِيلٍ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Sahl bin Sa'd (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man of the Ansar came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: "What do you think of a man who finds a strange man with his wife?" Then the narrator narrated a hadith like the hadith narrated by Abu Salih, from al-Layth, through Uqayl.
