Abu Umamah bin Sahl bin Hunayf narrates from his father that Amir bin Rabi'ah (may Allah be pleased with him) passed by him while he was bathing, and said: I have never seen (such beauty as today), nor the skin of a secluded maiden. So he collapsed, to the point that he could not even pray because of the severity of the pain. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was informed of this, so he (peace and blessings be upon him) summoned him (Amir, may Allah be pleased with him) and, expressing his anger, said: "You have killed him! Why would one of you kill his brother? Why did you not pray for blessing?" Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) called for a large bucket of water and said: "Wash him (with this water)." So he was washed, and he (Sahl, may Allah be pleased with him) set out with the caravan.
