حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ، ثنا يَحْيَى، عَنِ ابْنِ عَجْلَانَ، حَدَّثَنِي عَلِيُّ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ خَلَّادٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ، وَكَانَ بَدْرِيًّا قَالَ: كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فَدَخَلَ رَجُلٌ فَصَلَّى، ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ،
Ali bin Yahya bin Khallad narrates from his father, from his uncle, who was a Companion who had fought at Badr; he said: We were with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) in the mosque when a man came in and prayed. Then the narrator mentioned a hadith similar to it.
