Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 21635 — Sayyidah Hind, the mother of Mu'awiyah

Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: Sayyidah Hind, the mother of Mu'awiyah (may Allah be pleased with her), came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: Abu Sufyan is a stingy man, and he does not give me and my children as much as suffices me, except what I take from him secretly without his knowing; is there any harm on me in that? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Take what suffices you and your sons, according to what is reasonable."
