حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرَ بْنِ سُفْيَانَ الرَّقِّيُّ، ثنا أَيُّوبُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْوَزَّانُ، ثنا غَسَّانُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الْمَوْصِلِيُّ، ثنا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ حَكِيمٍ الْحَبَطِيُّ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ، «أَنَّ زَوْجَهَا طَلَّقَهَا، فَأَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَمَرَهَا أَنْ تَعْتَدَّ فِي بَيْتِ ابْنِ أُمِّ مَكْتُومٍ»
It is narrated from Sayyidah Fatimah bint Qays (may Allah be pleased with her) that "her husband divorced her, so she came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and he (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered her to observe her waiting period ('iddah) in the house of Ibn Umm Maktum."
