حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْوَكِيعِيُّ، ثنا أَبِي، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، عَنْ عَمَّارِ بْنِ زُرَيْقٍ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ، قَالَتْ: طَلَّقَنِي زَوْجِي ثَلَاثًا، فَأَرَدْتُ النَّفَقَةَ، فَأَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: «انْتَقِلِي إِلَى بَيْتِ ابْنِ أُمِّ مَكْتُومٍ ابْنِ عَمِّكِ فَاعْتَدِّي عِنْدَهُ»
Sayyidah Fatimah bint Qays (may Allah be pleased with her) said: My husband divorced me three times, and I sought maintenance, so I came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Move to the house of your cousin Ibn Umm Maktum and observe your waiting period ('iddah) with him."
