Sayyidah Fatimah bint Qays (may Allah be pleased with her) said: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) remained seated at the time of the Isha prayer until the people fell asleep, then came out and said: "I was held back by an account that Tamim al-Dari related to me about a man who was on an island. He came upon a woman who was dragging her hair. He asked: 'What are you?' She said: 'I am al-Jassasah. Are you amazed at me? Go to that palace.' So he went, and there he found a man dragging his hair, bound in chains. I asked: 'Who are you?' He said: 'I am the Dajjal.' He asked: 'Has their Messenger appeared among the unlettered people?' I said: 'Yes.' He asked: 'Did they obey him or disobey him?' I said: 'Rather, they obeyed him.' He said: 'That is better for them.'"
