Umamah bint Abi al-As bin al-Rabi' bin Abd al-Uzza bin Abd Shams bin Abd Manaf, the daughter of Zaynab (may Allah be pleased with her), daughter of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ الْمُؤَدِّبُ، ثنا سُرَيْجُ بْنُ النُّعْمَانِ الْجَوْهَرِيُّ، ثنا فُلَيْحُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، ثنا عَامِرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ قَالَ: «كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي لِلنَّاسِ، وَقَدْ حَمَلَ أُمَامَةَ بِنْتَ أَبِي الْعَاصِ عَلَى عُنُقِهِ، إِذَا رَكَعَ وَضَعَهَا، وَإِذَا رَفَعَ رَفَعَهَا»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Qatadah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to lead the people in prayer while carrying Umamah bint Abi al-As on his neck. When he bowed, he would put her down, and when he rose, he would pick her up again.
