Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 17351 — from the Prophet ﷺ that he ﷺ said

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ النَّضْرِ الْعَسْكَرِيُّ، ثنا هِشَامُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، ثنا عُتْبَةُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ، عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ، وَابْنِ ثَوْبَانَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ، عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ يُخَامِرَ، عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «يَطَّلِعُ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ عَلَى خَلْقِهِ لَيْلَةَ النِّصْفِ مِنْ شَعْبَانَ فَيَغْفِرُ لِجَمِيعِ خَلْقِهِ إِلَّا لِمُشْرِكٍ أَوْ مُشَاحِنٍ»
Sayyiduna Mu'adh bin Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, looks upon His creation on the night of the middle of Sha'ban, and forgives all His creation except a polytheist or one who harbours enmity."
