Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 17350 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الرَّازِيُّ، ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْجَعْدِ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَزِيزٍ الْمَوْصِلِيُّ، ثنا غَسَّانُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ قَالَا: ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ ثَابِتِ بْنِ ثَوْبَانَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ، عَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ نُفَيْرٍ، عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ يُخَامِرَ، عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «عُمْرَانُ بَيْتِ الْمَقْدِسِ خَرَابُ يَثْرِبَ، وَخَرَابُ يَثْرِبَ خُرُوجُ الْمَلْحَمَةِ، وَخُرُوجُ الْمَلْحَمَةِ فَتْحُ الْقُسْطَنْطِينِيَّةِ، وَفَتْحُ الْقُسْطَنْطِينِيَّةَ خُرُوجُ الدَّجَّالِ»
Sayyiduna Mu'adh bin Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The flourishing of Bayt al-Maqdis is (the forerunner of) the ruin of Yathrib; the ruin of Yathrib is (the forerunner of) the outbreak of the great battle; the outbreak of the great battle is (the forerunner of) the conquest of Constantinople; and the conquest of Constantinople is (the forerunner of) the emergence of the Dajjal."
