حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، ثنا شَاذُّ بْنُ الْفَيَّاضِ، ثنا عِمْرَانُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، «أَنَّ الْمَلَائِكَةَ كَانَتْ تُصَافِحُ عِمْرَانَ بْنَ حُصَيْنٍ حَتَّى اكْتَوَى»
It is narrated from Qatadah that the angels used to shake hands with Imran bin Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) until he had himself cauterised.
