It is narrated with this same chain from Sayyiduna Hadrami bin Amir al-Asadi (may Allah be pleased with him) that indeed the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) "explicitly forbade a man to clean himself (istinja') with his right hand (at the time of purification)," and Imam Ibn Qani' recorded it in his work in the biography of Hadrami bin Amir al-Asadi, confining himself to the second part only, and in it he added: "And do not face the wind (when relieving yourself)."
