It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Barzah (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: "The Arabs used to say: 'Whoever eats bread grows fat.' So when we conquered Khaybar, we drove the people of Khaybar away from a loaf of bread they had prepared (that is, they abandoned it and fled). I sat down on it and ate of it until I was full, and then I began looking at my two sides to see whether I had really grown fat."
The chain of this report is hasan (good), and all its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
