أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ شُعَيْبِ بْنِ شَابُورَ ، عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي فَرْوَةَ ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ خُصَيْفَةَ ، عَنِ السَّائِبِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ ، قَالَ : اشْتَكَيْتُ شَكْوَى ، فَحَمَلُونِي إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَبَاتَ يَرْقِينِي بِالْقُرْآنِ ، وَيَنْفُثُ عَلَيَّ بِهِ .

It is narrated from Sayyiduna al-Sa'ib bin Yazid (may Allah be pleased with him) that he related: "I once fell ill, so people carried me to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and he (peace and blessings be upon him) spent the night performing ruqyah over me with the Noble Qur'an, and blowing over me while reciting (the words of the Qur'an)."
