قَالَ إِسْحَاقُ : أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ عَبْدٍ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : " لَا رُقْيَةَ إِلَّا مِمَّا أَخَذَ مِنْهُ عَلَيْهِ سُلَيْمَانُ الْمِيثَاقَ " .
هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ مَوْقُوفٌ .

Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "There is no ruqyah except for that harm concerning which Sulayman (peace be upon him) took a covenant."
This hadith is hasan (good) and mawquf (stopping at the Companion).
