It is narrated from Hushaym (H).
And Abu Bakr bin Abi Shaybah says that Muhammad bin Fudayl narrated to us; both of them from Husayn, from Abu al-Hajjaj, from Sa'id al-Thaqafi, from a man of his people, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) saw a man dragging his waist-wrap (izar) along the ground, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said to him: "Raise your waist-wrap, for Allah Almighty does not love the arrogant." The man said: "O Messenger of Allah, there is thinness (or weakness) in my shins." He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "This (dragging the waist-wrap out of arrogance) is even worse than the thinness of your shins."
