قَالَ مُسَدَّدٌ : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ قَالَ : إِنَّ ابْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا أَقَادَ مِنْ لَطْمَةٍ .
Amr bin Dinar (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that Sayyiduna Abdullah bin al-Zubayr (may Allah be pleased with them both) had retaliation (qisas, that is, the lawful equal requital) taken for the offence of a slap.
