قَالَ الْحَارِثُ : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُمَرَ ، ثَنَا الضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ أَبِي أَنَسٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ جَعْفَرٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا ، يَقُولُ : " لَاعَنَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَيْنَ الْعَجْلَانِيِّ وَامْرَأَتِهِ ، وَهُوَ عُوَيْمِرُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ ، فَلَاعَنَ بَيْنَهُمَا عَلَى حَمْلٍ ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Ja'far (may Allah be pleased with them both) that he said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) had li'an performed between a man of the tribe of Banu Ajlan and his wife; that man was Uwaymir bin al-Harith. So he (peace and blessings be upon him) gave the legal ruling of li'an between the two of them while there was a pregnancy."
