Al-Matalib al-'Aliyah 149 — Wudu after camel milk

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to drink milk and did not perform ablution (again after it), and sometimes drops of milk would fall on his (peace and blessings be upon him) blessed garment, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) would not wash it (as though it were impure)."
The chain of this narration contains the narrator Aban bin Abi Ayyash, who is weak; however, other authentic hadith, in which only rinsing the mouth is mentioned, indicate that ablution is not obligatory after drinking milk, and this hadith is evidence that milk is not impure.
