قَالَ إِسْحَاقُ : أَخْبَرَنَا الْمُعْتَمِرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، سَمِعْتُ لَيْثَ بْنَ أَبِي سُلَيْمٍ ، يُحَدِّثُ ، عَنْ مَوْلًى لِمُوسَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ أَوِ ابْنٍ لِمُوسَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " أَنَّهُ كَانَ " يَتَوَضَّأُ مِنْ أَلْبَانِ الْإِبِلِ وَلُحُومِهَا ، وَلَا يُصَلِّي فِي أَعْطَانِهَا .
148 \ 2 - " قَالَ إِسْحَاقُ : ذَكَرَهُ الْمُعْتَمِرُ لِغَيْرِي ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ يَعْنِي عَنْ لَيْثٍ ، عَنْ مُوسَى ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ .
148 \ 3 - قُلْتُ : هَكَذَا أَخْرَجَهُ الْحُمَيْدِيُّ ، عَنِ الْمُعْتَمِرِ ، بِلَفْظِ : أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : أَتَوَضَّأُ مِنْ لُحُومِ الْإِبِلِ ، وَلَا أُصَلِّي فِي أَعْطَانِهَا .
148 \ 4 - وَرَوَاهُ أَيْضًا عَنِ الْمُعْتَمِرِ : سَمِعْتُ لَيْثًا ، يُحَدِّثُ ، عَنْ مَوْلًى لِمُوسَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ أَوْ عَنِ ابْنٍ لِمُوسَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ طَلْحَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ : إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " لَا يُصَلِّي فِي أَعْطَانِ الْإِبِلِ " .
148 \ 5 - وَقَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى : حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَرْعَرَةَ ، ثَنَا مُعْتَمِرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ ، عَنْ مَوْلًى لِمُوسَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ ، أَوْ عَنِ ابْنٍ لِمُوسَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ : " كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَتَوَضَّأُ مِنْ أَلْبَانِ الْإِبِلِ وَلُحُومِهَا ، وَلَا يُصَلِّي فِي أَعْطَانِهَا . وَلَا يَتَوَضَّأُ مِنْ أَلْبَانِ الْغَنَمِ وَلُحُومِهَا ، وَيُصَلِّي فِي مَرَابِضِهَا " .
148 \ 2 - " قَالَ إِسْحَاقُ : ذَكَرَهُ الْمُعْتَمِرُ لِغَيْرِي ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ يَعْنِي عَنْ لَيْثٍ ، عَنْ مُوسَى ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ .
148 \ 3 - قُلْتُ : هَكَذَا أَخْرَجَهُ الْحُمَيْدِيُّ ، عَنِ الْمُعْتَمِرِ ، بِلَفْظِ : أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : أَتَوَضَّأُ مِنْ لُحُومِ الْإِبِلِ ، وَلَا أُصَلِّي فِي أَعْطَانِهَا .
148 \ 4 - وَرَوَاهُ أَيْضًا عَنِ الْمُعْتَمِرِ : سَمِعْتُ لَيْثًا ، يُحَدِّثُ ، عَنْ مَوْلًى لِمُوسَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ أَوْ عَنِ ابْنٍ لِمُوسَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ طَلْحَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ : إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " لَا يُصَلِّي فِي أَعْطَانِ الْإِبِلِ " .
148 \ 5 - وَقَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى : حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَرْعَرَةَ ، ثَنَا مُعْتَمِرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ ، عَنْ مَوْلًى لِمُوسَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ ، أَوْ عَنِ ابْنٍ لِمُوسَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ : " كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَتَوَضَّأُ مِنْ أَلْبَانِ الْإِبِلِ وَلُحُومِهَا ، وَلَا يُصَلِّي فِي أَعْطَانِهَا . وَلَا يَتَوَضَّأُ مِنْ أَلْبَانِ الْغَنَمِ وَلُحُومِهَا ، وَيُصَلِّي فِي مَرَابِضِهَا " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Talhah bin Ubaydullah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to perform ablution after drinking camel's milk and eating its meat, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) did not pray in the places where camels rest (their pens).
Ishaq (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Al-Mu'tamir narrated it to others besides me as well, with a chain in which Layth narrated from Musa, he from his father, and he from his grandfather.
I (Ibn Hajar) say: Imam al-Humaydi also narrated it from al-Mu'tamir with these words, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I perform ablution because of eating camel meat, and I do not pray in the camels' pens."
And in another chain, also from al-Mu'tamir, it is narrated that Sayyiduna Talhah (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Prayer is not to be offered in the camels' pens."
And Imam Abu Ya'la narrated that Sayyiduna Talhah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to perform ablution because of drinking camel's milk and eating its meat, and he did not pray in their pens; whereas he (peace and blessings be upon him) did not perform ablution because of drinking goat's milk and eating its meat, and he would pray in their pens (the places where the flock rests)."
