وَقَالَ مُسَدَّدٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ دَاوُدَ .
1098 \ 2 - وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ .
1098 \ 3 - وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ .
1098 \ 4 - وَعَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ ، ثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ .
كُلُّهُمْ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُبَيْدَةَ ، عَنِ الْمُنْذِرِ بْنِ جَهْمٍ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ خَلْدَةَ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ ، عَنْ أُمِّهِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا ، قَالَتْ : بَعَثَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلِيًّا رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ أَيَّامَ التَّشْرِيقِ يُنَادِي : أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ ، إِنَّهَا أَيَّامُ أَكْلٍ وَشُرْبٍ ، وَبِعَالٍ ، يَعْنِي : " نِكَاحٍ " لَفْظُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ .
1098 \ 5 - وَقَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ ، بِهَذَا .
مُوسَى ضَعِيفٌ .

1098 \ 5 - وَقَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ ، بِهَذَا .
مُوسَى ضَعِيفٌ .
This narration is reported through several chains: Imam Musaddad from Abdullah bin Dawud, Imam Ahmad bin Mani' from Rawh bin Ubadah, Imam Abu Bakr bin Abi Shaybah from Waki', and Abd bin Humayd from Zayd bin al-Hubab. All of them narrated through the chain of Musa bin Ubaydah, al-Mundhir bin Jahm, Umar bin Khaldah al-Ansari and his mother (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) sent Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) during the days of Tashriq to announce: "O people, these are days of eating, drinking and marital relations." These are the words of Imam Abu Bakr bin Abi Shaybah's narration.
Imam Abu Ya'la also narrated this same report from Imam Abu Bakr. Musa bin Ubaydah is weak.
