وَقَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى : حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحُصَيْنِ ، ثَنَا فُضَيْلُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ ، عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ يَحْيَى ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ الْهَاشِمِيِّ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَمَرَ رَجُلًا يُنَادِي أَيَّامَ التَّشْرِيقِ : إِنَّ هَذِهِ أَيَّامُ أَكْلٍ وَشُرْبٍ وَنِكَاحٍ .
قُلْتُ : عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحُصَيْنِ ضَعِيفٌ .
قُلْتُ : عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحُصَيْنِ ضَعِيفٌ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Zayd bin Khalid al-Juhani (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered a man to announce during the days of Tashriq: "These are days of eating, drinking and marital relations."
I (Ibn Hajar) say: Amr bin al-Husayn is weak.
