وَقَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ : حَدَّثَنَا طَلْحَةُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو ، ( ح )
1061 \ 2 - وَقَالَ عَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ .
1061 \ 3 - وَقَالَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْمُغِيرَةِ ، قَالَا : ثَنَا طَلْحَةُ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : إِنَّا مُعَاشِرَ الْأَنْبِيَاءِ أُمِرْنَا أَنْ نُعَجِّلَ إِفْطَارَنَا ، وَنُؤَخِّرَ سُحُورَنَا . الْحَدِيثَ .
وَقَدْ تَقَدَّمَ فِي الصَّلَاةِ .

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, we, the community of the prophets, have been commanded to hasten in breaking our fast and to delay eating our pre-dawn meal."
