وَقَالَ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ ، ثَنَا مُطِيعُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ ، عَنْ تَوْبَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَنَسٌ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ : إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَهُ : انْظُرْ مَنْ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ ، فَادْعُهُ فَإِذَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ ، وَعُمَرُ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا فَدَعَوْتُهُمَا ، فَطَعِمُوا ، ثُمَّ خَرَجُوا ، فَصَلَّى بِهِمُ الصُّبْحَ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said to him: "See who is in the mosque, and call him." (Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) says:) Sayyiduna Abu Bakr and Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) were there, so I called the two of them. Then they all ate, and after that they came out, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) led them in the morning (Fajr) prayer.
