Sayyiduna Salamah bin al-Akwa' (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) seated me behind him on his mount several times, he (peace and blessings be upon him) passed his blessed hand over my head several times, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) prayed for forgiveness for me and for my offspring as many times as the fingers of both my hands.
Al-Tabarani recorded it, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih, except for Ali bin Yazid bin Abi Hakimah, who is thiqah (trustworthy).

Sayyiduna Abu Qatadah al-Harith bin Rib'i (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The best of our horsemen is Abu Qatadah, and the best of our foot soldiers is Salamah bin al-Akwa'."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Saghir, and its chain contains a group of narrators whom I do not know.
