Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) relates: Sayyiduna Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) would place his son Sayyiduna Qutham (may Allah be pleased with him) on his chest and say: "This is my beloved Qutham, who resembles the one with the noble, high-bridged nose, the Prophet of blessings, however much anyone may dislike it."
Imam Tabarani recorded it; it is a long hadith narrated from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) in which the incident of al-Hajjaj bin Ilat is mentioned, and its chain is jayyid (good).
Sayyiduna Sahl bin Sa'd (may Allah be pleased with him) relates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) passed by some children who were playing with dust. Some of the Companions of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade the children from it, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Leave them! For dust is the springtime of children."
Imam Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Muhammad bin Mujalid al-Ru'ayni, and he has been accused (of fabrication) regarding this hadith and others.
