Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) reports that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The duluk of the sun means its declining (from the meridian)."
Al-Bazzar recorded it. Its chain contains a narrator, Umar bin Qays, known as Sandal, who is matruk (abandoned).

Abd al-Rahman bin Yazid al-Nakha'i states: One day Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) led the prayer, and a man began to look to see whether the sun had set. Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: What are you looking at? By the One besides whom there is no god, this is the time of this prayer. The proof of this is the saying of Allah Almighty: "Establish the prayer from the declining of the sun until the darkness of the night." So this is the declining of the sun, and this is the darkness of the night.
Al-Tabarani recorded it, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.
