Sayyidah Aishah Siddiqah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "He is the worst of the three if he does the deed of his parents." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) meant the child born of fornication.
Ahmad recorded it from Aswad bin Amir, from Ibrahim bin Ishaq, from Ibrahim bin Ubayd bin Rifa'ah. I do not know Ibrahim bin Ishaq; the rest of its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.

Sayyidah Maymunah (may Allah be pleased with her), the wife of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), narrates: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "My Ummah will continue upon goodness as long as children born of fornication do not become widespread among them; when children born of fornication become widespread among them, Allah Almighty will soon envelop them all in punishment."
Ahmad, Abu Ya'la and al-Tabarani recorded it. He (al-Tabarani) recorded these words: "My Ummah will continue upon goodness, holding firmly to its affairs, as long as (children born of fornication) do not appear (among them)." Its chain contains Muhammad bin Abd al-Rahman bin Labibah, whom Ibn Hibban declared thiqah (trustworthy) and Yahya bin Ma'in declared da'if (weak); and Muhammad bin Ishaq has explicitly stated that he heard it directly, so the hadith is sahih (authentic) or hasan (good).

Abu al-Walid al-Qurashi says: I was with Bilal bin Abi Burdah when a man from the tribe of Abd al-Qays came to him and said: "May Allah keep the emir upright! The people of al-Taff do not pay the zakah on their wealth." He said: "Then what happened?" He said: "I came to know of it, so I informed the emir." He said: "Where are you from?" He said: "From the tribe of Abd al-Qays." He asked: "What is your name?" He said: "So-and-so, son of so-and-so." So Bilal bin Abi Burdah wrote to the chief of his police and said: "Send someone to the tribe of Abd al-Qays and ask them about so-and-so, son of so-and-so: how is his lineage regarded among them?" The messenger returned and said: "I found that his lineage is spoken against." So he said: "Allahu Akbar! My father narrated this hadith to me from my grandfather, Sayyiduna Abu Musa al-Ash'ari (may Allah be pleased with him): The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: 'No one will seek out (the hidden faults) of people except one born of fornication, or one in whom there is some trace of it.'" The narrator Abu al-Walid reported the word "la yas'a" (meaning: will strive) in place of "la yabghi".
Al-Tabarani recorded it. I do not know the narrator Abu al-Walid al-Qurashi, and the rest of its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
